A system built for
your process
Internal dashboards and API integrations for cases where no ready-made tool fits. We deliver code, not click-together no-code. It stays with you, in your repository.
One of six things we do as part of The Swarm subscription. The price stays the same whichever one you choose.
See what a dashboard built around a specific process looks like.

Sound familiar?
Your company has grown into a process that no off-the-shelf tool supports. So Excel and the team’s patience have to handle it.
A process spread across six spreadsheets
Each has a different version of the truth, and one is locked by someone who is on holiday. Management reports are assembled by hand.
SaaS charges for every user and still does not do what you need
You pay for twenty accounts, use one tab, and the feature that matters most is “planned for next year”.
Two systems that do not talk to each other
Someone copies data between them every day. It is a full-time job, even if nobody calls it one.
Excel as a database
It works while the file has two thousand rows and one user. Then the story of recovering versions begins.
What you get
Straightforward software built around your process. No lock-in to a platform you cannot leave.
-
A process map before any code
First we map how things work today and where they get stuck. Half the problems are solved at this stage, before a line of code is written.
-
A dashboard with roles and permissions
Sales reps see their own work, managers see everything, and accounting sees the numbers. One place instead of six spreadsheets.
-
Integrations with the tools you already use
CRM, inventory, accounting, payment gateway, carrier. We connect through APIs where available and work out the rest.
-
Data migration
History from spreadsheets and the old system moves into the new one. We know nobody will switch without it.
-
Code in your repository
From day one. Ending the relationship never means losing access to your tool.
-
Hosting, monitoring and fixes
We keep it running and fix failures within a day. This is included in the subscription, not a separate support contract.
How we set it up
We do not spend half a year building the whole system. We deliver a working part every month.
Workshop and process map
We map the current workflow with the people who use it. We identify what can be removed, not just digitised.
Start with the biggest bottleneck
The first month delivers one complete, concrete fix for the most painful problem. The team uses it before the rest is built.
Expand in modules
Each month brings another module or integration, in the order you choose. You can change priorities at any time.
We’ve done this before
Real client deployments, described to share useful insight rather than just look good.
One dashboard instead of five open tabs at an agency
A marketing agency got a single view bringing together client budgets, payments, and overdue balances alongside deals and projects.
View case studyA dashboard that settles technicians’ accounts instead of an Excel spreadsheet
A field-service company with more than ten technicians stopped tallying cash, fuel, and parking by hand. Balances are calculated automatically.
View case studyChina imports on one map, with customs documents alongside them
A logistics company can see every container in transit on one map, while the system flags missing documents before customs clearance.
View case studyHow we work together
First, we get to know your people and their day-to-day work. Then we create an automation plan, implement solutions one by one, and see how they work for the team.

Frequently asked questions
Here are the questions people ask most before we get started.
You do. The repository belongs to you from the start; we access it as the team developing it. There is no licence fee for using your own system.
The system stays with you and keeps working. We hand over the documentation and help another team take over. That is why we avoid closed platforms: the option to leave must be real, otherwise a subscription is retained through dependency rather than quality.
The first usable part is usually ready in the first month; a fuller system takes the following subscription months. We deliberately do not quote “the whole thing upfront”: the scope changes as the system develops, so that kind of estimate would be fiction.
At first, yes; over a longer period, usually not—especially when each user costs extra. But if a ready-made tool fits your case, we will say so and point you to it. We would rather lose one implementation than build something unnecessary.
Not when the decision is ours. Tools such as Retool and Bubble are great for prototypes, but can become an expensive constraint as a product grows. If you already use that stack and want to keep it, we will respect that and be clear about the risks we see.
