About us
A brief story: who is behind The Swarm and how it began.
The Swarm is a HeyNeuron programme: a subscription in which we automate another process in your company every month. In 2021, we started building automations and AI agents for our own projects, then for clients. Today, Konrad Bachowski leads the programme with his team.
We work with your team from process discovery through implementation and ongoing support. You’ll have direct contact with Konrad to discuss ideas and choose the ones that make sense. We work with a limited number of companies at a time so we have time both to talk with people and to build solutions.

How we get to know your company and choose what to implement next.
You can come with a specific idea or a problem: manually re-entering data, repetitive customer questions, or delays between departments. We talk with your team, learn how the process works, and suggest what is worth improving. You do not need a finished specification.
We talk with the people who know and carry out the process. Depending on the topic, that may include sales, marketing, customer support, production, or management. We want to see how the work happens day to day, which tools you already use, and where difficulties arise.
A process map and a list of suggested improvements in recommended order. We show what can be automated, where AI could help, and where a simpler solution is enough. Together, we set priorities and turn them into an implementation queue.
Process discovery, conversations with your team, and planning further improvements are part of the subscription. The same subscription covers designing, implementing, training your team to use the solutions, and maintaining them.
We create a plan for the processes we choose together and implement solutions in stages. The queue can include different departments, but we work on one task at a time. We set priorities together and can change them during our work.
