Know what you spend.
Know what comes back.
Server-side event tracking, one place for your numbers, and an alert when tracking stops working. No more GA4 and your ad dashboard arguing over the same conversions.
One of six things we do as part of The Swarm subscription. The price stays the same whichever one you choose.
See what causes the numbers to diverge.

Sound familiar?
Your ad budget is growing, but the answer to “what is paying off?” is still “probably this”.
Three dashboards, three different numbers
GA4 says one thing, your ad dashboard another, and your sales system a third. The meeting becomes a debate about which one to trust.
Ad blockers eat events
Browser-side tracking loses a significant share of traffic. The ad algorithm learns from incomplete data and undermines its own performance.
A report manually put together on Monday
Someone copies numbers from dashboards into a spreadsheet. It takes half a day and there is always a typo.
Tracking breaks silently
A website deployment removes the purchase event. Nobody notices for three weeks because there is no alert.
What you get
First accurate numbers, then reports based on them. Doing it in the other order makes no sense.
-
An audit of what you have
We check which events arrive and where they get lost. It is usually the most uncomfortable document in the whole implementation.
-
Server-side events
Conversions sent directly from the server with user matching. This recovers traffic lost to blockers and browser settings.
-
Consent compliance
Consent mode and the banner configured so that no consent really means no tracking. Without that, the rest is pointless.
-
One dashboard for your numbers
Spend, conversions and sales in one view, with the counting method clearly explained. No more arguing over which dashboard is right.
-
Alerts when something breaks
An event disappears or suddenly spikes—you get a message that same day, not after the month closes.
-
A weekly report by email
The same numbers someone currently copies by hand, sent automatically on Monday morning.
How we set it up
The sequence is always the same: measurement first, reporting second, optimisation last.
Measurement audit
We check every important event, from the click through to the dashboard. You get a list of what is not working and the scale of the discrepancy.
Fixes and server-side delivery
We fix the events, implement server-side delivery and compare it with sales data until the numbers reconcile.
Dashboard, alerts and report
Only once the data is accurate do we build the view, alerts and weekly summary. Before that, it would just be attractive packaging around an error.
We’ve done this before
Real client deployments, described to share useful insight rather than just look good.
E-commerce conversion tracking: from 35% event coverage to nearly complete
A beauty e-commerce store was showing Meta only one third of its purchases. We fixed server-side measurement while respecting consent and raised coverage to nearly complete.
View case studyAn agent that reviews Google Ads every day and suggests changes for approval
Daily account analysis with B2B context instead of generic tips. The agent only reads and makes suggestions; a person approves every change.
View case studySearch Console and Keyword Planner data, available directly in a conversation
An agency with more than twenty clients stopped exporting files from Google dashboards. Two MCP servers provide direct access to SEO and keyword data in chat.

First, we get to know your people and their day-to-day work. Then we create an automation plan, implement solutions one by one, and see how they work for the team.

Frequently asked questions
Here are the questions people ask most before we get started.
Yes, and it is part of the implementation, not an add-on. No consent must actually mean no tracking. Server-side measurement is not a way around consent, and we will not configure it that way.
It depends on how much you are losing today and on your traffic. We will not give you a percentage before the audit because that would be made up. The audit measures the gap so we know what we are discussing.
Usually not. The changes concern the measurement and server layers, not the design. Sometimes identifiers need to be added in a few places; we will flag that upfront.
Yes. We have done this with all three, as well as custom-built shops. The connection differs, but the end result is the same.
No, and we do not plan to. We handle measurement, reporting and automation around advertising. That way, the report you receive does not grade its own author’s work.
