An agent finds
the leads, not your sales rep
The agent gathers buying signals from public registers, industry press, and LinkedIn, filters them against your ideal customer profile, scores them, and sends a ready-to-use list to your CRM every week. Your sales rep makes calls instead of searching.
One of six things we do as part of The Swarm subscription. The price stays the same whichever one you choose.
Three sales agents in action.

Sound familiar?
Prospecting rarely ends with a bang. Usually, it just quietly stops happening because something more urgent always comes up.
Research does not scale with your team
Every sales rep searches their own way: one uses LinkedIn, another reads the trade press, and a third relies on contacts. You cannot repeat or review the process, and when someone new joins, they start from scratch.
You spot the signal too late
A change in leadership, a new branch, a funding round: by the time it reaches the press, your competitor called a week ago.
A CRM full of low-potential contacts
Your database grows while conversion falls. Nobody scores leads before adding them, so your sales rep spends the day on companies that will never buy.
Off-the-shelf tools miss the Polish market
Apollo and Clay cover the US well. A private company in Podkarpacie with 120 million in turnover is simply an empty record there.
What you get
Not a script to run once a quarter, but a working process that delivers every week without your involvement.
-
A defined customer profile and signal list
We start by discussing who actually buys and what has to happen before they start looking. We work this out together, not by guessing.
-
Three layers of sources
Public registers and data, industry RSS feeds, and news search engines. One source always has gaps; together, the three give you broader coverage.
-
Lead scores from 1 to 5
The model explains why it gave each score. Your sales rep sees the reason, not just a number, and knows how to start the conversation.
-
Delivered where your team works
HubSpot, Pipedrive, a Google Sheet, or a Slack channel. We do not build another dashboard nobody checks.
-
An assigned owner
Every lead goes straight to a specific person according to rules we agree on. Nothing is left sitting in the database waiting.
-
A weekly report
How many companies came in, how many were filtered out, and why. After a month, you can see which signals work, and we refine the filters.
How we set it up
You usually get the first list within a week of kickoff. After that, we keep refining it.
Workshop and customer profile
A one-hour conversation about who buys, who does not, and which event should set off an alert. We leave with a specific definition, not a vague label like βmanufacturing companiesβ.
Build and first list
We connect the sources, configure scoring, and deliver the first batch. We review it with you item by item, and you tell us what missed the mark.
Monthly refinement
Your rejections feed back into the filters. The list in month three is clearly better than the one in month oneβthat is the point of a subscription.
Weβve done this before
Real client deployments, described to share useful insight rather than just look good.
How a consulting firm got a weekly list of companies showing fresh buying signals
Instead of manually checking the press and public registers, the sales team starts Monday with a ready-made list of companies, each lead scored and assigned an owner.

Frequently asked questions
Here are the questions people ask most before we get started.
Yes. We use company data from public registers and sources that make it available themselves. We do not buy lists from unknown sources or collect personal data βjust in caseβ. Together, we establish the legal basis and required privacy information at the outset, so everything is in order from day one.
We do not use a bot that clicks through your account faster than a person could. We gather signals from sources that can be read and send outreach through channels intended for that purpose. If an idea carries a real account risk, we tell you plainly instead of doing it behind your back.
It depends on how narrow your customer profile is. A broad market may yield dozens of companies a week; a very narrow niche may yield just a few, but they will be a better fit. We deliberately do not promise a number before the workshopβthat is the only honest answer.
In that case, we usually do not build a new source. We add a layer on top: finding signals those tools miss in the Polish market, scoring leads, and sending them properly to your CRM. If our conversation shows that Apollo alone is enough for you, we will say so.
You can pause or cancel the subscription at any time. If you decide in the first month that it is not for you, we refund three quarters of the amountβso you get a week-long trial for a fraction of the price.
